These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Get ReadySet online store at getreadyset.eu and your purchase of any products from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Get ReadySet is a business registered in the Netherlands under KVK number 99817268. These Terms are governed by Dutch and EU consumer law, including the Burgerlijk Wetboek (Dutch Civil Code), the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), and the EU Distance Selling rules.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not place an order.

1. About Us

Get ReadySet is an online retail store selling physical products, operated from the Netherlands. We are registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under KVK number 99817268.

2. Eligibility

Our store is intended for consumers (natural persons acting outside of a trade, business, craft, or profession) aged 18 or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these criteria.

We sell and ship to customers in the Netherlands and the European Union. If you are ordering from outside these regions, please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether we can fulfil it.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

An order placed through our Shopify store constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. A binding agreement between you and Get ReadySet is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of:

• Pricing errors on the website

• Product unavailability or stock errors

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Inability to verify payment

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a full refund using the original payment method.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on our store are in euros (EUR) and include Dutch VAT (BTW) at the applicable rate, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.

We accept payment via Shopify Payments, which supports major credit and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of placing your order. We do not store full payment card details.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed by us.

5. Shipping & Delivery

For full details on dispatch times, delivery estimates, shipping carriers, and costs, please refer to our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided at checkout. If a delivery is missed or returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, re-delivery costs may apply.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@getreadyset.eu and we will investigate.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer purchasing online in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving your order (or, for orders with multiple items delivered separately, from the day you receive the last item).

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires by sending a clear statement to info@getreadyset.eu. You may use the EU model withdrawal form (available on request) but are not required to do so.

Returning Products

After notifying us, you must return the products to us without undue delay, and in any event within 14 days of notifying us. Products must be:

• In their original, unused condition

• In original packaging where reasonably possible

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products unless we have agreed otherwise.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price, including standard outbound shipping costs (but not any premium/express shipping you selected), within 14 days of receiving the return — or within 14 days of you providing proof of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used to place your order.

We may reduce the refund to reflect any diminishment in value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products that have been clearly personalised or custom-made to your specifications

• Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery

• Products that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery

7. Product Conformity & Legal Guarantee

Under Dutch and EU law, we are legally required to deliver products that conform to the contract. This means the products must:

• Match the description, type, quantity, and quality stated on our website

• Be fit for the purpose for which such products are normally used

• Be delivered with any accessories, instructions, or packaging as reasonably expected

If a product is defective or does not conform to the above at the time of delivery, you are entitled to a remedy under the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek, Article 7:17 et seq.). You may request repair, replacement, a proportional price reduction, or — if repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate — a full refund.

Legal conformity issues must be reported to us within a reasonable time of discovering them. The statutory guarantee period under Dutch law is two years for new goods.

Any additional commercial warranties (manufacturer warranties) are stated separately on the relevant product pages and do not limit your statutory rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Dutch and EU law:

• Get ReadySet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website, unless caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

• Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products in that order.

• We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or carrier disruptions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Dutch or EU consumer law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including product descriptions, photographs, logos, and copy — is owned by or licensed to Get ReadySet. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Where mandatory EU consumer protection rules provide you with greater protection, those rules take precedence.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about a product or our service, please contact us first at info@getreadyset.eu. We will do our best to resolve your complaint within 14 days of receipt.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ODR)

If we are unable to resolve your complaint directly, you may submit it to an alternative dispute resolution body. As an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We are not obliged to participate in ADR proceedings but will consider each case.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the above means shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of domicile if different.

11. Privacy

Your use of our store and the personal data you provide when placing an order are governed by our Privacy Policy, available at getreadyset.eu/privacy-policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time you place your order will apply to that order. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
